Technical Support for MathWorks & Microsoft Software

With a view to provide support for MathWorks & Microsoft products, Campus Network Facility (CNF) has initiated recognised best practices which will enable achievement of a measurable improvement of usage levels of these two important software products for “teaching and research” and “development of solutions for various functions/activities of the University”. Towards this end, we are engaging experienced service providers to prioritise and progressively address difficulties experienced by growing community of the users about these two important products.

The idea is to provide improved support to the University by delivering better services to academic community tailored to their needs, and designing and developing services in sync with the University’s core business objectives. This realignment of the CNF processes/functions with the planned direction of the University as a whole will allow CNF to become a proactive enabler for the University activities rather than simply providing passive support function.

We hope that, students carrying out thesis, dissertation, project or course work; faculty carrying out consultancy, sponsored projects or “teaching and research” will find the professional support services helpful in receiving quick and timely technical support to address problems that they are stuck with.
