[WhatsUpUoH] Requesting judicious usage of water during holi celebrations.

Dear all,

With the University reeling under severe water crisis, I request all the students, faculty and staff members to kindly refrain from using water for celebrating holi in the next few days, in order to conserve water. And also I would like to request you all to spread the message across the university, to your friends and acquaintances. Let's conserve water; let's save UoH.
