Please be informed that theUGC INFONET DIGITAL LIBRARY CONSORTIUM   is jointly working with INDEST -AICTE and forming e-shodh Sindhu consortium. In the process, there may be interrupted  access to the UGC-INFONET DIGITAL LIBRARY CONSORTIUM journals for some time. please bear the inconvenience caused .  Since they are working with the publishers it may be resolved soon.
