A very warm hello, Hope you are doing fine……

This is Mr. Chalamalla. Sreenivas, a Doctoral Research Scholar from School of Management Studies, University of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. I am working on the "Impact of technology Readiness on the relationship between e-service quality and internet banking behavior".

To be specific, this questionnaire contains 65 items. Questions are related to the level of technology readiness to adopt internet banking, perception of Customers on the quality of services they are experiencing and their intention to be a loyal customer of a bank.

Regarding this I need your support and co-operation by sparing your 15 minutes valuable time. The survey is anonymous and your responses will remain confidential and will only be used for research purposes.
