Please find attached from the statement showing the number of vacancies available as on date for Ph.D. Admissions for January 2016 Session(A.Y.
2015-16). These vacancies are proposed to be notified and the the schedule is as follows:
1) Admission Notification to be placed on Website : 21st December 2015
2) Last date for receipt of Applications : 15th January 2016
3) Forwarding of applications received to Sch/Dept/Centre : 18th January 2016
4) Sch/Dept/Centre to send their vetting for holding interviews : 23rd January 2016
5) Interviews to be held and recommendations to be sent to CE's Office : By first week of February 2016
6) Admissions to selected candidates to be offered and candidates to join by : By second week of February 2016
Specific comments if any, may please be sent by 21st December 2015. If no comments are received by this date the Advertisement in respect of your School/Dept./Centre
as proposed in the statement attachment shall be notified on the Website.
