[WhatsUpUoH] President of India address over Videoconference on 10-Aug-2015 -Reg

Dear All,

Hon'ble President of India's address over Videoconference through NKN to the students and faculty members of Central Universities / funded Institutions on

10th August 2015 at 1230 hrs.

A. Procedure to join from H.323 standard Videoconferencing System:

Any standard hardware Video Conference system (H.323 standard) connected over NKN network can dial:

1. All VC Codec/System from Virtual Classrooms which were created by NIC/NICSI at IITs, NITs, IISERs etc can dial 164.100.22.30, you will be prompted for the conference ID/Code, enter 102015# or

Alternatively you can directly enter into the meeting room by dialling 164.100.22.30##102015 (for Polycom VC system) or 102015@164.100.22.30 (Tandberg/Cisco VC system)

2. All VC Codec/System from PUBLIC IP address other than IITs, NITs etc can dial 164.100.22.26 and on prompting enter conference ID as 102015# or

Alternatively you can directly enter into the meeting room by dialling 164.100.22.26##102015 (for Polycom VC system) or 102015@164.100.22.26 (Tandberg/ Cisco VC system).

B. Procedure to join from Web based VC systems (users who are already registered and having an account on nknvc.nic.in / webvc.nic.in / desktopvc.nic.in)

 Registered webvc users please search with 'PresidentVC' and click on 'PresidentVC" > Click on " Connect to PresidentVC"

 Or Guest users who do not have webvc accounts may click on the following link to Join

C. Procedure to connect through webcast:

You can watch entire event through Live webcast which will be available at:

http://webcast.gov.in/president

(Webcast will be available on 10th August 2015 from 11.30 Am onwards)

Note:-

Arrangements for the above programme are made at Humanities Auditorium, School of Humanities, University of Hyderabad.

All the participants are requested to be present in the Humanities Auditorium by 11:15 AM.
