[WhatsUpUoH] Clone Wars: the Science behind the Stem Cell Debate

Dear all,

This is to announce the next event in the discussion series on current
issues in science that the TIFR Centre for Interdisciplinary Sciences
(TCIS) organizes on a regular basis for the general public. The
format consists of a short 20 minute talk by a prominent scientist, after
which the audience is invited to engage in an informal, free-flowing
discussion with the speaker. The event is free and requires no prior
background in science, and interested people of all ages are welcome.

This conversation will feature Professor D. Balasubramanian, Padma Shri
and Director of Research at the L.V. Prasad Eye Institute in Hyderabad,
speaking on:

"Clone Wars: the Science behind the Stem Cell Debate".
