Dear All,

1. NEVER respond to any communication seeking your passwords for your email accounts via emails.

2. Administrator will never ask your email account details.

3. Administrator will never send any email seeking your passwords for email accounts.

 'Phishing' is a common form of Internet piracy. It is deployed to steal users personal and confidential information like email id password , personal identity details etc

4. Users receives a fraudulent e-mail seemingly from a legitimate Internet address.

5. The email invites the user to click on a hyperlink provided in the mail.

6. Click on the hyperlink directs the user to a fake web site that looks similar to the genuine site.

7. Usually the email will either promise a reward on compliance or warn of an impending penalty on a non compliance.

8. User is asked to update his personal information, such as passwords and email accounts etc.

9. User provides personal details in good faith. Clicks on 'submit' button.

10. He gets an error page.

11. It is observed that Internet authentication accounts are being shared with others.

12. Please do not share the Accounts (or) Passwords with anyone, 

      keeping in view of rise in Cyber Crimes the account holder is 

      responsible for any misuse.
